Occupancy

• Il Portico Apartment: up to 4 people.
• Double rooms: up to 2 people.

Children

Free stay for children up to 3 years old if sleeping in the parents' bed.
Cot or crib on request (including linen): €15 / night for children from 4 years old.

Length of stay

Minimum stay: 3 nights at any time of the year.

Bathroom and amenities

All accommodations have a private bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

Provided:

• Soap
• Hairdryer
• Air conditioning
• Bath and bed linen (changed every 3 days)

House rules

• Cleaning and complete linen change: once a week.
• Non-smoking property.
• Quiet hours: from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Included services:

• Free Wi-Fi connection.
• Covered parking.

On request and subject to availability:

Mini fridge in the room

Services not included

• Breakfast (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM): €10 per person (adults and children)
• Pets: one-time cleaning fee of €10

Dinner (upon reservation)

• Adults and children over 10 years old: €25
• Children under 10 years old: €15

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (please notify us in advance for different arrival times).
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM (different arrangements must be agreed in advance).

Payments

• Deposit of 40% or full amount upon booking, to be paid via bank transfer.
• Balance payable on site in cash or by debit card.

Early Departure

Bookings in high season are considered valid and binding for the entire booked period.
Early departures cause significant losses for us as they do not allow us enough time to rebook the freed room.
Therefore, in case of early departure compared to the booking period, the entire reserved period will be charged.

Personal data provided to our company will be stored electronically in compliance with the rights and security measures established by current data protection laws, and will be used exclusively to respond to requests (information requests, bookings, etc.) or to communicate services and products offered by our company to its customers.
